Your security – 30 days open purchase
According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, but we want to give you even more time to decide. That is why Magiskabutiken offers a generous 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
Conditions for returns
In order for your return to be approved, the following criteria must be met:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unused and in new condition).
All original labels and tags must be intact.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to make a price reduction if the item has been handled more than is necessary to examine it.
How to make a return
Never return an item without first contacting us, as such packages unfortunately cannot be accepted.
Contact us: Send an email to info@magiskabutiken.se and let us know that you want to make a return.
Wait for instructions: When your return request is approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label.
Send the package: Follow the instructions and send the package to our address in Älmhult:

Shipping and Damaged Goods
Return shipping: You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping in the event of a cancelled purchase, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend that you send the return with tracking, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Defective or incorrect goods: Check your order as soon as you receive it. If the product is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info@magiskabutiken.se so that we can fix the problem. In these cases, we will of course be responsible for the return shipping.
Non-returnable products
For health, safety and quality reasons, certain products are excluded from the right to return:
Fresh products (e.g. food, flowers or plants)
Custom-made or personalized products
Sealed hygiene and personal care products (e.g. beauty products) where the seal/seal has been broken
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Gift cards
Please note that sale products are only covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have according to the instructions above. Once your return has been approved, you simply place a new order for the item you want instead.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you via email to let you know if the refund has been approved.
If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take a few more days for your bank or card issuer to process the transfer and the money to appear in your account.
