Return and Refund Policy
Returns

We offer a 30-day open purchase from the day you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging. You also need to be able to show a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@magiskabutiken.se. Once your return request has been approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return the item.

Please note that items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered. In these cases, we are responsible for the return shipping.

We recommend that you send the return with traceable shipping, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Damage and incorrect items

Check your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@magiskabutiken.se so that we can assess the matter and fix the problem.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following items cannot be returned:

Fresh goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants)

Custom-made or personalized products

Sealed hygiene and personal care products where the seal has been broken

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Sale items are covered by the right of withdrawal according to applicable consumer legislation (see below).

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it as above and then place a new order for the desired product.

Right of withdrawal according to EU consumer protection

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you received the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at info@magiskabutiken.se before the cancellation period has expired.

The item must be returned in an unchanged condition - unused, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping in the event of a right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to make deductions from the refund if the item has been handled to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics and function.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically made to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the bank or card issuer to process the refund and it will appear in your account.
