What payment methods do you accept?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can sometimes help change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you restock products that have run out?
Some products are coming back, while others are limited edition. If you find something you like, we recommend grabbing it while it's still in stock. ✨
Har ni en fysisk butik eller säljer ni bara online?
Magiska Butiken är i första hand en smidig och säker e-handel där du kan klicka hem din favorit-merch dygnet runt. Vårt lager och vår verksamhet utgår från Lund i Skåne, men för närvarande har vi ingen fysisk butikslokal för kunder att besöka. Genom att driva försäljningen online kan vi istället erbjuda ett större, mer varierat sortiment och snabba leveranser till fans över hela Europa!
Kan jag skicka en beställning direkt som present till någon annan?
Självklart! Vårt sortiment är fyllt av perfekta födelsedagspresenter och julklappar för popkultur-älskare. När du checkar ut i kassan kan du enkelt ange din egen adress som faktureringsadress och mottagarens adress som leveransadress. Då skickar vi paketet med deras nya favorit-merch direkt hem till dem eller deras närmaste postombud.

Ja, vi erbjuder digitala presentkort! Det är den perfekta lösningen om du letar efter en present till ett stort fan, men är osäker på exakt vilken franchise, karaktär eller storlek de föredrar. Våra presentkort levereras blixtsnabbt via e-post och innehåller tydliga instruktioner för hur de enkelt löses in i kassan. Ett perfekt alternativ för sista minuten-presenten!
